1.Order

If you are our regular customers please login to place your order.If it's the first time you know us,you can register an account first then place your order.You can also place order without login,just as a guest identity.It's convenient and easy.

2.Shipping

We ship abroad from China with EMS primarily.However if you want us to use DHL,TNT,UPS,FEDEX for shipping,you can contact our sales after you place your order.But the shipping fee is higher,our sales will email you the extra shipping fee you need to pay.

3.Payment

Cause it's transnational business,we have to pay high transaction fees to bank and the third party,and all of our clothes and accessories are so cheap,so we can't afford the transaction fee,we need our customers to pay these transaction fees.

We accept payment ways below:

a.  Credit Card via Visa (it charges 5% extra for transaction.)

b.  Online safe payment way from the third party.(it charges 4% extra for transaction.)

c.  Western Union.(When you send money the Western Union office will ask you to pay transaction fee,it's worth to pay via Western Union when you have big orders over $500usd.)

d. Money  Gram.(the same as Western Union.)

e. T/T(Bank Wire Transfer.The same as Western Union and MoneyGram.) 

When you place an order our sales will email you via the payment details for the payment method you choose.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7days after you receive your clothes or accessories.

Cause all the parcels are shipped from China to abroad,the freight charges are so high,we can't afford to accpet free returns and exchanges.If you want to change something you need to pay the shipping fee for one more time.In this case,we offer a better way to solve this problem,if you are not satisfied with one thing or more,please take photos to show the quality problems,and send the photos to our sales,after confirmation,our sales will give you partly money refund.It's more worthy.For color and size problems,we don't accept any returns and exchanges,our sales are kindly to solver every question you ask before you make payment,so please be patient to contact well with our sales for colors and sizes question for your order.
